Kid Idol
Singing Classes
This
summer I am teaching two "Kid Idol" singing classes through the Artworks
program. The classes are from June 9 - June 20. One is in the morning and the
other is in the afternoon, they both meet at Sequiota Elementary school. Any
student who likes to sing will benefit from this class! In a fun and relaxed
atmosphere, students will learn how to become the "total package" in performing!
You can enroll via the SPS website.
Plans for Next
Year
Next year we are doing
something different with our extra-curricular music choices for
students. Instead of a "traveling Show Choir," the Wilson's Creek Music
Department will be presenting a Kids Broadway Musical
on our
stage. Next week there will be a consensogram in the lunch room for all fifth
graders to give their input on which musical they would prefer we choose.
Instead of "Show Choir
Auditions" in the fall, there will be "Musical Auditions" for main characters,
supporting roles, and the chorus.
Information about
auditions will be available during the first few weeks of the new school year!
I have
loved working with your talented and respectful students! Don't hesitate to
